How long does a home inspection take?

Most residential home inspections take 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger homes or those with more complex systems may take longer. We never rush — thoroughness is our priority.

When will I receive my inspection report?

Your comprehensive written inspection report is delivered the same day as your inspection, typically via email. The report includes detailed findings, photos, and recommendations for all areas inspected.

Should I be present during the inspection?

We strongly encourage clients to be present for their inspection. Being there allows you to see issues firsthand, ask questions as they arise, and gain a deeper understanding of your property's condition. Steve walks you through all findings in person.

What does a home inspection cover?

Our inspections cover all accessible functional and structural components including roofing, attic, foundation, basement, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, general interior and exterior conditions, and more. We check for mold, moisture, and structural integrity issues as well.

Do you serve areas outside Las Vegas?
